Freqnt LLC is a limited liability company organized in the State of Georgia, with its principal office in Atlanta. The company designs, builds, hosts, and supports its own software. It does not do custom development for clients, and it is funded from revenue rather than outside investment.

What the company makes

Lawffle is practice management software for small law firms. It handles matters, calendaring and court deadlines, discovery, billing, and a portal that firms use to work with their clients. It is in private testing with a small number of firms.

Grafph is a routing application for trusted networks. Instead of broadcasting to everyone, what a member shares is routed to the contacts it is actually relevant to, and a question a member asks is routed to people who can answer it, including friends of friends. Members who opt in receive account notices and one-time login codes by text message. Grafph is preparing for pilot.

Both are products of Freqnt LLC. Neither is a separate legal entity.

How the company works

The team is small and the products are built in the open-source Elixir and Phoenix stack, hosted on managed cloud infrastructure in the United States. Customer data is encrypted in transit and at rest, staff access to production is limited and requires multi-factor authentication, and each product keeps its own audit trail.
