What this policy covers

This policy applies to this website only. Lawffle and Grafph are separate applications operated by Freqnt LLC, and each has its own privacy terms presented inside the product. If you are a user of either, the terms shown in that product govern your account and its data.

Information collected on this site

This site is a set of static pages. It has no accounts, no forms, no advertising, and no analytics or tracking scripts. It sets no cookies.

Like any website, it is served through a content delivery network, and that network records standard technical information for each request, including the IP address, the browser and device type, the page requested, and the time of the request. This information is used to deliver the site, keep it available, and protect it from abuse. It is not used to build a profile of you and it is not sold.

Information you send us

If you email or call Freqnt LLC, we receive whatever you choose to include, such as your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of your message. We use it to answer you and to keep a record of the correspondence. Email is handled through Google Workspace.

Text messages

Freqnt LLC operates a text messaging program for Grafph. Members who create a Grafph account and check the consent box at sign up receive one-time login codes and account notices by text message. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. The full terms and privacy notice for that program are at grafph.fly.dev/terms.

No mobile information is sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. Phone numbers are shared only with the messaging provider that delivers the messages, solely for that purpose.

Who we share information with

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for advertising. We use a small number of service providers to operate this site and our email, and they may process information on our behalf under their own terms. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of the company, our users, or the public.

How long we keep it

Server logs are retained for a short period by the content delivery network under its standard retention. Correspondence is kept as long as needed for the matter it relates to and for our business records.

Your choices

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to support@freqnt.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your local law.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
